    Lonnie Decker

    Lonnie brings to the team 18 years of experience in automotive retail, specializing in marketing, and business development.  Lonnie is a graduate of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he received his degree with honors.  He has work a part of The Potamkin Auto Group for over 6 years with the last 3 years here are The Auto Gallery. 

    Lonnie is a progressive individual and has a passion for digital marketing and technology. He leverages technology in his sales process to make things easier for those who are purchasing out of state or even just to make things more convenient for those at the dealership. 

    Lonnie has worked with high-end, luxury, and exotic cars during the entirety of his automotive career and understands that buying a Lamborghini is not a necessity.  Lonnie understands that it is a part of a "Lifestyle" and that there is much more to Lamborghini than just the car, but rather the experience and ownership.     

    Lonnie makes it his goal to ensure our customers are feeling comfortable and having fun.  He doesn't consider The Auto Gallery as a typical car dealership and makes sure the sales process won't feel that way either. Lonnie believes in "customer service before profitability."  He understands that taking care of customers is the most important thing and if you take care of them, they will come back to do business again.

    When Lonnie is not in the office he spends time with his two young children and beautiful wife.  He enjoys exercise, is active in his community, and even is a basketball coach to his daughter.

    Lonnie's says his favorite Lamborghini is the all new Aventador LP-700 because "?there are few cars in the world that have that much power and can keep its composure at the limit; not to mention look that good while doing it!"


    Lonnie has worked with high-end, luxury, and exotic cars during the entirety of his automotive career and understands that it is about a "lifestyle." He understands that purchasing a Lamborghini is not just about the transaction of the car, but the experience and service throughout its ownership.  Lonnie is an avid exotic sports car enthusiast and knows the extra things, that come with owning a car like a Lamborghini.

    Clay Douglass

    Clay was born and raised in the Chicago area where he spent most of his life until moving to Las Vegas.  He spent his early career as a business owner until 1997, where Clay chose the automotive industry as his next career path.  Since then, Clay has worked in nearly every position of a car dealership and is well versed in each department's needs on behalf of the dealership, but more importantly the customer.

    Clay has worked with multiple manufacturers and at different scales.  He has spent time at each end of the spectrum from high volume dealerships to intimate luxury showrooms.  It is for this reason that Clay has an excellent understanding of the car business and the needs of a business and customer.  During this time Clay attended the Oak Financial Group for training on financial philosophy and management.  It was here that Clay attained a knowledge and understanding of the position of the "Finance Manager" a commonly misunderstood and tedious aspect of a car deal, and was able to make it easy and painless for his customers at a personal level.
    Clay loves people and loves to work with people. 

    He has respect for professionalism and promises to deliver it with all of his transactions; Clay's motto is "Win Win."  Clay honors sincerity and offers that you can call him anytime with any needs or concerns you may have, even if it is just to talk.
     
    Clay is a very active person and enjoys outdoor activities like, Tennis, Skiing, Golf, Jet Skiing, and Snowmobiling.  Clay loves Lamborghini and says, "Lamborghini simply makes the best looking and best performing car in the world.  There's just nothing like them!"
