The Gallardo LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni edition is a rather special vehicle because it gets its name from the Lamborghini test driver. Balboni is synonymous with Lamborghini testing and as a way of saying "thank you" Lamborghini created the Gallardo LP550-2 Valentino Balboni. With only 250 cars made, it is one of the more rare of the Gallardo line.

It's exterior is marked by the white and gold streak that runs along the spine of the car. Even more specialized is Valentino Balboni's signature on the left side window and the serial number personalized to each vehicle. The interior coincides with the outside, with white leather center console and seats.

Under the hood, the 5.2-liter V10 has been tweaked to put out 550 hp and coupled with a the Gallardo's  reduced curb weight (3,042 pounds), the LP 550-2 can sprint to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds and top out at 199 mph. Though it isn't the most powerful of the Gallardo line, the LP550-2 Valentino Balboni makes up for in uniqueness and rarity. Contact The Auto Gallery today!
